Do I need a Referral?

No referral is required to book into Physiotherapy.

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Is there anything I need to bring?

Please bring any scans and treatment history related to your injury.

Is there parking?

Free and unlimited off-street parking is available. Onsite parking is also available; if required, please speak with the practice.

Can I claim through my private health?

Yes, we offer on-the-spot claiming with our HICAPS terminal for private health insurance.

Can I claim through Medicare?

You may be eligible to claim through Medicare if you qualify for the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program. Please consult your GP about this before your appointment.

Do you accept NDIS / DVA?

Yes, we accept NDIS self-managed or privately managed packages. We also accept all DVA patients.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, flat access is available at the rear.
